The delivery of the drawings can be realized by hand, by means of "Cash on delivery" and by the distribution company UPS. By means of this method you will pay for your order at the moment you receive it.
If UPS could not effect the delivery after three attempts, the order will be returned to Berenice Bercelli.
You will receive your order in a maximum of 7 working days.
Shipping within Spain

The order is sent by certified post and will be delivered, under signature to the address that you have indicated at the moment of making the payment.
You will receive your order in a maximum of 20 working days.
We have two modalities of shipping in Spain:
Shipping by Certified Post (Paypal payment or credit card)
Shipping of packages or voluminous documents in Spain and Andorra. They are sent by certified post and will be delivered under signature to the customer’s address. In case it is not possible to efect the delivery, the package can be picked up at the adressee’s nearest post office.
You will receive your order in a maximum of 10 working days.
