A GOOD PICTURE = A GOOD PORTRAIT

YOUR PICTURES ARE THE ARTIST BASED MATERIAL, THEREFORE IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW WHAT CHARACTERISTICS THEY MUST HAVE.

PLEASE, READ WITH ATTENTION:

• If you want a close up portrait send a close up picture (up to the chest maximum).
• The eyes must be open and the face clearly defined.
• A good rule of thumb: the better the artist can see the colour of the eyes, the better the portrait will turn out.
• The model will be drawn in the same position as it appears on the picture.
• For an individual portrait, the picture must be individual. For a couple or a group portrait, they must all appear together in the same picture (not two or many different pictures).

ONLY SEND ONE PHOTO PLEASE!

Minimum resolution: 150 dpi
Minimum size: 600 x 800 pixels

Please make sure the picture is neither blurred, nor too dark. A close up of the person, and a big image will allow the artist to better extract the features for the portrait (unless you want a complete body portrait).

Do not send copyrighted pictures unless you have explicit permission from the owner of the copyright.
